Winter Conditioning Starts Monday!

Winter conditioning starts Monday 11/28 at Robinson, boys 3-5pm and girls 4-6.


In order to participate, you need to complete the Robinson's online registration and have a valid physical turned in to the activities office. (note, always make a photocopy of your physical form before you turn it. insurance in case it gets lost.) Please make sure you've done these two things before the Monday the 28th.


In the winter the team exercises outside when weather and light conditions allow. When it gets too dark, too cold, or too wet the team will move move inside. When indoors the rowers will mainly exercise in the E hallway and the hall in between E and the cafeteria. Please dress in layers and bring or wear good sneakers to practice. Most practices include a little bit of running. Also bring a water bottle. If you have any questions DM Coach Stefan, Coach Petty, or Coach Vargas.
