Refund Policy

A refund request must be emailed to the RCBC Treasurer and Program Director.  The email must include:

• Name of the rower

• Name of the responsible party

• Reason for the withdrawal and refund request

• Date of the withdrawal

The amount of the refund will be calculated as follows:

• After the first full week of winter conditioning and training but prior to the first Friday of the Spring Sports Season, RCBC will refund all registration fees with the exception of a $375 winter training fee.

• After the first Friday of the Spring Sports Season, RCBC will not refund any registration fees.

• If a rower is unable to pass the required swim test, RCBC will refund all registration fees with the exception of a $375 winter training fee.
